my nan passed away on 11th january this year after a fall she broke her hip and was hospitalized because of her age (93)doctors decided that they couldnt operate on her because of her weak heart,we had to visit her in hospital knowing that shw was slowly slipping away it was heartbreaking she thought that she was coming home (she wanted to get her washing done),whilst she was i hospital i had some news to tell her i was gonna have a baby she was overjoyed ,it killed me she didnt know that she wasnt gonna be around when the baby arrived, she slipped away from us on 11/01/09 (7 mounths ago) i am now due in 9 days time i think ime having a little girl and i have decided to call her lily mae x i hope that she doesnt mind this but nan you will always live on in our hearts there are soo many things that i should have said but i hope that you can hear me saying them now hope my grandads looking after you well up there and you both enjoyed the jam i placed in your coffin rest in peace nan xxxxxxlove catherine & all the family x

nan ive been thinking of you a lot lately missing the simple little things .why is it that the small things seem to matter the most ,i sit and laugh sometimes at the funny things that you used to do or say,i dont need to say what because i know that you lle be laughing with me to x you know what ime laughing at ,i wish you could be with us for mothers day when we go for our meal but we will be feeling you there with us x i know you have been here a lot with me too lately and i know that although no-one else knows you know and i know your listening thank you nan ,thank you so much nan and thank you for looking down and protecting us all miss you more than words can say sleep tight nan xxx
